At this site you can download a free program which will scan your entire computer to find programs and files which record which websites you visit most often, your search preferences, and even your every keystroke on the keyboard (very easy to find your passwords and, if you do any banking or bill paying online, your account numbers). The site also has step-by-step instructions on how to go about removing those files and programs properly.
